Water aerobics is the perfect activity for anyone looking for a low impact exercise program. These popular classes are set to music in our heated, saline, indoor pool. All fitness levels are welcome.
Classes are open only to J Los Angeles members, who have access to the easy-to-use reservation portal. There is a $10 class fee charged with your pre-reservation. Pre-registration helps us to provide the safest possible experience at the J and allows the J to limit class size when appropriate
The registration portal provides an up-to-date schedule of available classes. Water Aerobics is offered Monday to Friday at 9:30 a.m.
Reservations are always required. Walk-ins will not be accommodated.
